Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with Draftly, we'll refund your money — no questions asked. You may request a full refund of any subscription payment within 30 days of the payment date. This applies to your first payment and to renewal payments alike.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Subscription payments — full refund within 30 days of the charge.
• Billing errors — full refund within 30 days of the incorrect charge.
• Duplicate charges — full refund within 30 days of the duplicate charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, do any of the following:

• Email draftly@appxlink.com from the email address associated with your account, including the receipt or invoice number;
• Reply to the payment receipt email you received from Paddle; or
• Contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.

We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal — cancellation stops future charges, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges remain refundable within the same 30-day window.

6. Free Trial

The free trial requires no payment details, so no charges — and no refunds — apply to it. You are only ever charged when you actively choose a paid plan.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost every issue faster than the chargeback process. We work with Paddle to resolve all payment disputes promptly.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply only to payments made after the change.
