Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Draftly — the browser extension, the website at draftly.appxlink.com, and related services (the "Service") — operated by App X Link ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Draftly is an AI-powered assistant that drafts customer-support replies and translations inside supported platforms (Jira Service Management, Intercom, and Gmail). AI-generated drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing content before sending it. AI output can be inaccurate; the Service assists, not replaces, your judgment.
3. User Accounts and Registration
You may register with Google Sign-In or with your name, email address, and a password. Email/password accounts must verify their email address before use. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old and must use the Service in compliance with the terms of the third-party platforms you use it on.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com — Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment-related customer service.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- New accounts receive a time-limited free trial with a monthly allowance of AI generations. The trial requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — you are only charged if you actively purchase a plan.
- Each plan includes a monthly AI-generation allowance that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused allowance does not roll over.
- We may change plan prices or allowances with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. All payments are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, probe, scan, or disrupt the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent;
- use the Service to process data you have no legal right to process;
- reverse-engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the conversation content processed through the Service and to the replies you send; you grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service. Conversation content is processed transiently and is not used to train AI models.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service — including the extension, website, and branding — is owned by App X Link and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. We claim no ownership over AI-generated drafts.
9. Service Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Support is provided via draftly@appxlink.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the content of messages you send.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App X Link and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting draftly@appxlink.com; disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, including refund rights handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where practicable we will provide notice in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and App X Link regarding the Service.
